Modern Consciousness, LLC, is a personal development company that offers coaching, programs or other products and services using methodologies and modalities such as High Performance Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), NLP hypnosis, and Theta Healing®. Although many receive great benefit from programs such as these, there is no guarantee that an individual client will achieve their goals or that their results will be the same as others who have reported success. Clients are responsible for their own results.
We do not diagnose or treat any disease or disorder or person. We kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Modern Consciousness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel these sessions.
Hourly coaching sessions are pre-paid in full prior to scheduling. The content, purpose and goals of these sessions are co-created by the client and coach including the frequency for meeting. We will provide a full refund for sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time. The client is required to cancel or reschedule using the appointment booking capability provided on our website in lieu of calling, texting or sending an email to the coach. There is no refund if a session is cancelled or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the schedule session. Modern Consciousness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel these sessions and will coordinate rescheduling directly with the client.
Full coaching packages are pre-paid in full prior to booking. The frequency of sessions will be determined by the coach and the client and are typically weekly or bi-weekly to ensure that we create and maintain momentum. We ask clients to provide 24-hour notice if the appointment needs to be rescheduled and ask that the appointment be rescheduled to occur within a week of the original appointment to maintain consistency of the program. The client is required to reschedule using the appointment booking capability provided on our website in lieu of calling, texting or sending an email.
Clients may request a full refund for coaching packages 48-hours prior to the commencement of their first session in the series. There are no refunds for coaching packages once sessions begin.
Group training and coaching packages are pre-paid in full prior to commencement of the program. Given that these are group events, the schedule will be determined by the coach and posted prior to collecting payment from the client.
