Free Discovery Sessions
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
Modern Consciousness, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions as needed, with every effort made to accommodate your schedule.
Guided Experiences (including the Clarity Sequence™ and similar programs)
Each guided experience includes a defined number of private sessions designed to be completed within a focused timeframe. The first session must be scheduled and begun within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged in writing. This helps ensure you receive timely support, maintain momentum, and experience the program as it is currently designed and supported.
Pre-payment is required prior to scheduling. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any session. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Modern Consciousness, LLC.

Elevate Your Life® Program
The program specifies the frequency and duration of meetings, and that information is known, shared, and agreed upon at enrollment. Sessions are conducted by phone, in person, or via online video conferencing as determined by Modern Consciousness, LLC.
Pre-payment is required prior to scheduling.
The client may cancel enrollment by providing written notice at least 48 hours in advance of the first scheduled session. Refunds are provided as follows:
- 85% refund for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ advance written notice.
• 50% refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice but prior to the first session.
Refunds are not available for sessions that have already occurred. However, if a client withdraws partway through the program, a prorated refund will be issued for any unused portion, minus a 15% administrative fee to cover processing and scheduling costs. The prorated amount will be calculated solely by Modern Consciousness, LLC based on the time of withdrawal.
Modern Consciousness, LLC retains the right to cancel a client’s enrollment at any time and will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the program, minus a 15% administrative fee.
Other Products, Services, and Programs
All digital products—including The Clarity Sequence™ Experience (DIY and Guided), Life Assessments, Aspirations, and downloadable resources—are considered final sale due to the immediate access provided to proprietary content.

For physical products, Modern Consciousness, LLC stands by the quality and integrity of what we offer. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact form or by email at empower@aware.life. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. Proof of defect (such as a photo) may be required.
Please note: All other purchases—digital or physical—are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless specified above.
