SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES
These policies apply to the Clarity Sequence™, Elevate Your Life®, and complimentary Discovery Conversations offered by Modern Consciousness, LLC. Additional terms specific to Elevate Your Life® are provided in the client agreement before enrollment.
DISCOVERY CONVERSATIONS
Discovery Conversations are complimentary and are intended to help both parties determine whether Elevate Your Life® is an appropriate fit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your conversation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Modern Consciousness, LLC may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel a conversation. When this occurs, every reasonable effort will be made to provide advance notice and arrange another mutually convenient time.
THE CLARITY SEQUENCE™
The Clarity Sequence™ is a self-guided digital experience. It does not include private mentoring sessions.
Because access to proprietary digital materials is provided after purchase, purchases of the Clarity Sequence™ are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Materials are delivered electronically via email. If you experience difficulty receiving, downloading, or opening your files, please contact empower@aware.life so we can help restore access.
ELEVATE YOUR LIFE®
Elevate Your Life® is a private, four-month mentorship that includes eight mentoring sessions, guided work through the Modern Consciousness® developmental frameworks, collaboration through a shared Dropbox workspace, and text support as described on the program page and in the client agreement.
Every mentorship begins with a Discovery Conversation. Enrollment is confirmed only after both parties decide to proceed, the client agreement is signed, and the required payment is received.
SESSION SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING
Mentoring sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be considered used and may not be rescheduled. Reasonable discretion may be exercised in the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstance.
If Modern Consciousness, LLC needs to reschedule a session, another mutually convenient time will be arranged, and the session will not be forfeited.
CLIENT WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
The Client may withdraw from Elevate Your Life® by providing written notice to empower@aware.life. The effective withdrawal date is the date Modern Consciousness, LLC receives the notice unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Allocation of the Program Fee
The parties agree that the $8,000 Elevate Your Life® program fee is allocated across enrollment and four distinct portions of the mentorship as follows:
- 10%, or $800, for enrollment, administration, and program setup;
- 22.5%, or $1,800, for individualized review and interpretation of the Client’s completed Clarity Sequence™;
- 22.5%, or $1,800, for Architecting the Bridge;
- 22.5%, or $1,800, for Activation; and
- 22.5%, or $1,800, for Alignment.
Each portion includes the preparation, materials, mentoring sessions, review, feedback, Dropbox collaboration, text support, and other individualized services associated with that portion of the mentorship.
When a Portion Becomes Earned
The 10% enrollment and administrative fee is earned upon enrollment and is nonrefundable.
The Clarity Sequence™ review portion becomes earned and nonrefundable when Modern Consciousness, LLC begins individualized review of the Client’s completed Clarity Sequence™, provides individualized written feedback, or conducts the first session devoted to reviewing the Client’s work, whichever occurs first.
Each remaining portion becomes earned and nonrefundable when its associated module or materials are delivered or individualized work connected with that portion begins, whichever occurs first.
Refund Calculation
If the Client withdraws before any individualized work has begun, Modern Consciousness, LLC will retain the 10% enrollment and administrative fee and refund the remaining amount paid.
If the Client withdraws after individualized work has begun, Modern Consciousness, LLC will retain the enrollment and administrative fee and the allocated fee for every portion that has begun or been delivered. Any amount paid for portions that have not begun and for which no materials or individualized services have been provided will be refunded.
If the amount paid exceeds the fees earned as of the effective withdrawal date, Modern Consciousness, LLC will refund the unearned difference. If the amount paid is less than the fees earned, the Client remains responsible for the unpaid difference.
Withdrawal ends future mentoring sessions, text support, Dropbox collaboration, and delivery of any remaining modules or materials. The Client may retain completed materials and modules already provided, subject to the intellectual-property and personal-use restrictions in this Agreement.
CLIENT AGREEMENT
The Elevate Your Life® client agreement provides the complete terms governing the mentorship, including program scope, payment obligations, scheduling, withdrawal, refunds, confidentiality, use of proprietary materials, and the responsibilities of both parties.
If there is a conflict between this public policy and the signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
