How can we create harmony in the world? Simple! We believe that society can reap huge rewards from a series of small, smart choices at the level of the individual through something known as the compound effect. When an individual seeks and achieves mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, it benefits everyone around them as it expands through their sphere of influence to positively affect others. Their families. Their friends. Their workplaces. Balanced happy humans function better in all levels of society. There is less turbulence when emotions are understood and self-regulated. There is a greater perspective when we acquire virtues such as compassion, forgiveness, and patience. And when we grow to love ourselves, we are happier and have greater life satisfaction.
I’m sure many of you have heard the phrase “oneness,” the concept that we are all connected. Science is catching up with this philosophy through the field of quantum physics which is a fascinating field of study that is shifting toward a paradigm in which science and spirituality merge. What we mean by consciousness is the state in which you live, sometimes referred to as a state of mind or an emotional state. We define ‘state’ as the sum of your unique thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations, and environment, and it is our goal, our purpose, to help you raise your awareness about these things and how they affect your daily life by creating world-class programs to enhance every aspect of your life and the lives you touch.

The collective consciousness is the set of shared beliefs, ideas, and moral attitudes that operate as a unifying force in society. Our goal is to raise the vibration of the collective consciousness through the synergistic effect, which essentially means that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The origin of the word synergy begins with two Greek words ‘sun’ (which means together) and ‘ergon’ (which means work) which were combined into the Greek word ‘sunergos’ which means, quite simply, ‘working together.’ And, as you see in our philosophy statement above, we believe this can be achieved while retaining individual freedoms of thought and action.
